1. Who we are

SoulRoot is operated by SoulRoot LLC (SoulRoot, we, us, our). You can contact us at hello@soulroot.co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or hold an account. If you are under 18, you may use SoulRoot only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. SoulRoot is not directed to children under 13.

3. What SoulRoot is

SoulRoot provides personalized birth-chart readings and related content for self-knowledge and reflection, drawn from ancient Hebrew wisdom and your natal chart.

4. Not professional advice

SoulRoot is for personal insight and reflection only. It is not fortune-telling, prediction, or divination, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on a reading to make important decisions. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

5. AI-generated content

Readings are created with the help of artificial intelligence, and some are reviewed by a person before delivery. Content is provided for reflection and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you interpret and use it.

6. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

7. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the items or subscription you choose, plus any applicable taxes.

8. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscription plans, such as Soul Circle, renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page or by emailing hello@soulroot.co. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

9. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refunds and Cancellation policy.

10. Intellectual property

The SoulRoot name, site, and design belong to SoulRoot LLC. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use your reading for your own personal, non-commercial use. The information you enter remains yours.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• reselling or redistributing readings,
• scraping, copying, or republishing the site,
• attempting to access data belonging to other users,
• interfering with or disrupting the service, or
• using the service for any unlawful purpose.

12. Third-party services

SoulRoot relies on third-party providers, for example Stripe, Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulRoot LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold SoulRoot LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you continue to use SoulRoot after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or end access for any account that violates these terms.
